Cancer or otherwise known as oncology refers to a large group of diseases that usually are caused because of damage to the genetics or mutation in the genetics leading to the creation of tumour cells. There are more than 200 types and subtypes of cancer that have been yet discovered and known to mankind that are known to kill almost 16% of the global population. The Study of Cancer is known as Oncology whereas the persons studying cancer are known to be oncologists.
